Returns & Refunds

Welcome to Nobosole. We believe every purchase should be a pleasant experience. Our Return and Refund Policy is fully transparent and designed with your convenience in mind.

Return Window

You must submit a return request within 7 (seven) working days of receiving your order. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

A return will be accepted for any of the following reasons:

  1. Manufacturing defect found in the product
  2. Wrong product or wrong size delivered
  3. Product received in damaged condition (damaged during delivery)
  4. Product colour or design does not match the order

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  1. Product has been used or worn
  2. Original tags, box, or packaging are missing
  3. Return request made after 7 working days
  4. Personal dislike (size preference or colour preference)
  5. Custom or personalised orders
  6. Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

Refund Policy

We will send you the correct size or a new product. Replacement delivery time: 2 to 3 working days within Dhaka, 4 to 6 working days outside Dhaka.

Exchange Policy

Nobosole offers size exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. The exchange request must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving the order.
  3. Only one exchange is permitted per order
  4. Return and re-delivery courier charges (both ways) are borne by the customer.
  5. If the requested size is out of stock, a refund or Store Credit will be provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, you are not able to open the package before making payment. However, if you find an issue after receiving the product, our Return and Refund Policy applies as described above.

We strongly recommend opening and inspecting the package in front of the delivery person. If you notice any problem, inform the delivery person immediately and contact us right away.

Return Item Conditions

All returned products must be in the following condition:

  1. Completely unused and clean
  2. Returned in the original box and packaging
  3. All tags, stickers, and tissue paper must be intact
  4. No stains, odour, or damage of any kind
