How do I place an order?

Browse our Shop page, select the product you want, choose your size, and click Add to Cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details. You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD).

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account. You can place an order as a guest by simply entering your name, address, and mobile number at checkout. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

Can I place an order over the phone or Facebook?

Yes. Many of our customers prefer to order through our Facebook Page via message. You can send us your order details, size, and delivery address directly and we will confirm your order manually. However, placing your order through the website gives you a proper order confirmation and easier tracking.

Can I order for someone else and send it to a different address?

Absolutely. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's name and delivery address. This is a popular choice for gifting. We recommend noting it in the order comments so we can pack it accordingly.

Can I add a gift message with my order?

Yes. You can include a note in the order comments section at checkout and we will include a handwritten or printed message with the package.

I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us immediately with your Order ID. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, but only before the order is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and the correct address. If the order has already been handed to the courier, we will not be able to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bKash, Nagad, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We plan to add card payment and SSLCommerz in the future. For now, bKash and Nagad are the fastest and most secure options.

How do I pay by bKash or Nagad?

After confirming your order, you will receive our bKash or Nagad merchant number. Send the payment and share the Transaction ID with us via Facebook message or email. Your order will be confirmed once we verify the payment.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere in Bangladesh?

COD is available across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and all district towns. For very remote areas, we recommend paying in advance via bKash or Nagad to avoid delivery issues.

Is online payment safe on your website?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption. We do not store your bKash or Nagad credentials. We only receive a payment confirmation reference. Your financial information is always handled by the respective payment platform, not by us.

I paid by bKash but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

This can happen if the transaction was not yet verified on our end. Please contact us on Facebook or Whatsapp with your Order ID and your bKash Transaction ID. We will confirm your order within a few hours.

Can I pay a partial amount in advance and the rest on delivery?

At this time we do not offer split payment. You can either pay the full amount in advance via bKash or Nagad, or choose full Cash on Delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Within Dhaka: 1 to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka (all districts): 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas or char and haor regions may take 5 to 7 working days due to courier limitations.

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our courier partners. If you are in a very remote area and are unsure about coverage, message us before placing your order and we will confirm.

How much is the delivery charge?

Dhaka: BDT 60 to 80. Outside Dhaka: BDT 100 to 130. The exact charge will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Which courier do you use?

We work with Pathao Courier, Steadfast, and Redx depending on your location and availability. We choose the fastest available option for your area.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the courier tracking number and the tracking link via SMS or Facebook message. You can  use the Track Order to check your delivery status.

What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you miss both attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please make sure your mobile number is correct and keep it reachable. You can also request the courier to leave the package with a neighbour or building security if you inform us in advance.

My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

First, check with your neighbours or building security as couriers sometimes leave packages with them. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us within 24 hours with your Order ID. We will raise a complaint with the courier and resolve it for you.

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Same-day delivery is not currently available. We are working on adding this option for Dhaka customers in the future. At present, Dhaka delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.

Can I pick up my order in person instead of delivery?

We do not currently have a physical store or pickup point. All orders are delivered through our courier partners.

What sizes do Nobosole shoes come in?

We carry sizes 35 to 42. Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed foot length measurements to find your perfect fit.

What is the difference between Nobosole Signature and Nobosole Everyday?

Nobosole Signature is our premium line — extra cushioning, premium materials, and limited designs ideal for occasions and gifting. Price range: BDT 2,000 to 3,500. Nobosole Everyday is our mid-range line — stylish, comfortable, and built for daily wear. Price range: BDT 1,000 to 1,800. Both lines use the same size chart.

Are the shoes comfortable for all-day wear?

Yes. Both lines are designed with comfort in mind. Nobosole Signature has extra padding for extended wear. Nobosole Everyday is suitable for daily office, college, and casual use. We recommend checking the fit guide for the specific style you are considering.

Are the product photos accurate? Will the shoe look exactly like the photo?

We work hard to ensure our product photos accurately represent the actual item. However, screen calibration can cause slight colour differences. If you receive a product that looks significantly different from the photos, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Are Nobosole shoes made in Bangladesh?

Yes. Nobosole is a proudly Bangladeshi brand. Our products are designed and produced locally, with a focus on quality materials and craftsmanship.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We restock popular designs regularly, but some limited-edition Signature pieces may not return. To be notified when a specific item is back in stock, message us on Facebook with the product name and your size.

Can I request a custom design or colour?

We do not currently offer custom individual orders. However, for B2B bulk orders, custom design discussions are possible. Contact us for B2B enquiries.

What is your return policy?

You can return a product within 7 working days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or damaged deliveries. Please see our Return and Refund Policy page for full details.

My shoes arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and packaging and send them to us on Facebook or Whatsapp within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

This should not happen, but if it does, please contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID and a photo of what you received. We will send you the correct item and arrange return pickup at no cost to you.

Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?

Yes. We offer a 7-day size exchange policy. The shoes must be unused and in original condition. Return courier charges are borne by the customer unless the wrong size was sent by us. Please contact us to initiate the exchange.

Can I return shoes just because I changed my mind or do not like them anymore?

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items, or damaged deliveries. We encourage you to check the Size Guide and product details carefully before ordering.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 5 to 7 working days. You can also opt for Store Credit, which is applied immediately.

Is Nobosole a genuine and trustworthy brand?

Yes. Nobosole is a registered Bangladeshi footwear brand operating through nobosole.com and our official Facebook Page. We are committed to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. You can read our reviews on our Facebook Page and check our Return Policy before purchasing.

I am nervous about online shopping. What if I do not receive my order?

We understand this concern, which is very common in Bangladesh. We recommend choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) for your first order so that you only pay when the product arrives at your door. All our orders have tracking numbers so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What if the product quality is not as expected?

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or it does not match the description, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Our 7-day return policy is in place exactly for this reason. We want every Nobosole customer to be fully satisfied.

Is my personal information safe with Nobosole?

Yes. We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your data to any third party. Please read our full Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data

Do you have special collections for Eid?

Yes. We launch dedicated Eid collections before both Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha, featuring festive designs in our Signature and Everyday lines. Follow our Facebook Page to be the first to know when new collections drop.

Can I order in bulk for Eid or a special event?

Yes, bulk orders are available. For large orders, contact us at least 7 to 10 days in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Our Nobosole Signature line comes in premium packaging. If you are ordering as a gift and would like special wrapping or a gift note, mention it in the order comments and we will take care of it.

Can I order in advance and request a specific delivery date?

We can note a preferred delivery date and do our best to honour it. However, we cannot guarantee exact dates as delivery timelines depend on the courier. For important occasions, we recommend ordering at least 5 to 7 days in advance.

Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?

Yes. Nobosole offers B2B pricing for footwear in bulk. Our B2B line focuses exclusively on footwear. Contact us with your business details and required quantity for a quotation.

Can shops or boutiques stock Nobosole products?

Yes. We welcome retail partnerships with boutiques, fashion stores, and multi-brand outlets across Bangladesh. Please reach out to us to discuss terms.

What is the minimum order quantity for B2B?

Minimum order quantities and terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your requirements and we will respond within 2 working days.
